First Spencer Benton 61 yard FG now David Akers 63 Yard FG Video


Now I can’t begin to tell you how many times while watching sports I rewind the DVR, pause it and yell “hey honey, you have to see this play”.  I will have to say that every time my wife stops what she is doing and comes and watches “the greatest play ever”.  This time I got a WOW out of her twice.  This weekend we saw to incredibly long field goals. On Saturday September 8, 2012 The University of Clemson’s kicker kicked and tied the ACC record 61 yard FG. Check out the clip below.

Then on Sunday September 9th, 2012 I got her to watch David Akers hit a 63 yard FG as time expired to end the half to tie the NFL record.  This one hits the cross-bar and bounces back.  Check out the video below.
