I came across this the other day and it made me laugh. I go through a few of these a week as a stay at home dad.

“I’m not getting paid so I think it’s just parenting.” Classic.
My favorite was at the playground. “Which one is your kid?”
hahaha, “hey Jackson is this your mum?”. Not fair on dads…
I just commented to someone about that being my favorite part of it. I’ve had that happen a few times to me at the park. It comes with the territory I guess. I will say that I have been a SAHD for a little over 3 years and it has gotten a little better so that’s a ➕.
That’s really concerning, to see how we get different treatment and how there’s still such conservative attitudes in our world.
That was awesome! Honestly, I don’t understand why in 2016 there is still such an expectation on women to know what to do because of the so-called “maternal instinct” and why there is the expectation for dads to be completely incompetent around kids.
When looking into staying home with the kids that was the first thing I noticed. It has gotten better over the last 3 years but not very much.
LOL, that was good – enjoyed it. 🙂
