Kendall goes to the aquarium.

Last  weekend we took Kendall to the Aquarium.   After the 1:15 minute drive turning into 2 hours because of rain and traffic we were a little nervous about how she would do.  Once again K came through for us and did great.  I think she had a pretty good time and so did Mom and Dad.   Check out some of the trip below.

It’s Official, I Am Quitting My Stay At Home Job!

Something happened to me today that Is just unacceptable. I am not fit to be a care giver. Here is how it went down.

1. My phone alerted me that Aaron Rodgers is dating someone.
2. I was interested in this story.
3. I googled “is Aaron Rodgers dating anyone”
4. I selected one of the results.
5. Read the whole story.
6. I was interested enough to go back to google and read another article.
7. Still interested in this story so I google imaged “Olivia Munn”
8. Read multiple articles on her.
9. Picked up my phone to text Addison about it.
10. Looked up from my iPad and continued to fold laundry while watching the view.

I would like to take this time to apologize to my Wife for this embarrassing behavior. This is an unforgivable act. I guess the bright side is I will be able to gossip with the girls.

Kendall Gets Fired From Her First Job

Dad has determined that since his job will be getting a little more hectic in the next few months, Kendall needs to start helping around the house. I have let her ride the gravy train for far too long. She is 17 months 18 days and 15+ hours at this point, it’s time to drop the children’s books! teddy bears, baby dolls, Elmo, and high chairs. It’s time she started to contribute to the chores around the house. So we started with a basic easy task. We separated some laundry and put them in piles. She watched me, had her typical serious look on her face and babbled her way through it. 20140508-082246.jpg

Now it was Big Sister Ks turn to put them in piles. 20140508-082357.jpg

She didn’t quite get it. She thought she was doing a great job. She smiled through the whole thing, repeated Dada 20 times or so and went on to her next task. Now it’s that time when we move onto putting the clothes into the washing machine. So dad pulled up a chair next to the washing machine and let Kendall climb up and watch.  Once completed it was Kendalls turn. Watch how she did below.

The end results are pretty obvious, Dad will not be getting much help from Kendall any time soon. I guess she is lucky she is so darn cute and I will let her have a few more weeks of being a kid.
